Fantastic Stay Near Shinjuku!

helpful staff useful umbrella cold drinks laundry machines

The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations! I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk during a rainy day. It was super useful. My room had a mini fridge. I appreciated having that to keep my drinks cold. Coin laundry machines are available on the second floor. This made doing laundry very convenient.

I found the walls to be a little thin, but it wasn't a major issue.

The reception staff provided excellent directions and helpful suggestions for local attractions. They were very friendly and readily available to assist with any questions or requests! Borrowing an umbrella was easy and much appreciated during unexpected rain.

There is a café located right at the hotel entrance. It offers coffee and light meals. Several restaurants are right next door. There are also vending machines near the hotel if you crave a late-night snack.

My room included a mini fridge, and this was useful for storing drinks and snacks. The room had under-bed storage space. I found this to be helpful for keeping my luggage organized. The room was super clean!

The room was super tiny. It was basically ten square meters including the bathroom. i accidentally booked a fourth night because of time shifts, but the staff told me they could not help. i found that disappointing.

noisy fan high price

The staff was helpful. The hotel had a nice cafe.

The room felt quite cramped and was not well-kept. The bathroom exhaust fan made a lot of noise and I couldn't turn it off. The price felt too HIGH for the condition of the room.

the location was great. it was close to train stations. the rooms were very clean and tidy. the staff were very helpful and friendly too.

the room was very small. i found the soundproofing between rooms and the hallway to be poor. there were no towel racks in the room either.

convenient station cozy cafe helpful staff

The hotel is near Shin-Okubo station, so I moved around easily. The cafe and terrace on the first floor was nice. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help.

My room faced a wall, which limited natural light.
