Hotel Cen stands out for its modern design, complemented by facilities such as a great cafe and a rooftop terrace. Its location is a significant plus, placing guests on a quiet street in Shinjuku, near Korea Town, with easy access to Shin Okubo station and a short walk to Shibuya. The Japanese-style breakfast is generally well-received, although some guests have found the rooms to be quite small. Overall, many appreciate its proximity to transport, food options and parks.
The staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations! I borrowed an umbrella from the front desk during a rainy day. It was super useful. My room had a mini fridge. I appreciated having that to keep my drinks cold. Coin laundry machines are available on the second floor. This made doing laundry very convenient.
I found the walls to be a little thin, but it wasn't a major issue.

There is a café located right at the hotel entrance. It offers coffee and light meals. Several restaurants are right next door. There are also vending machines near the hotel if you crave a late-night snack.
Rooms

My room included a mini fridge, and this was useful for storing drinks and snacks. The room had under-bed storage space. I found this to be helpful for keeping my luggage organized. The room was super clean!

The staff was helpful. The hotel had a nice cafe.
The room felt quite cramped and was not well-kept. The bathroom exhaust fan made a lot of noise and I couldn't turn it off. The price felt too HIGH for the condition of the room.

The hotel is near Shin-Okubo station, so I moved around easily. The cafe and terrace on the first floor was nice. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help.
My room faced a wall, which limited natural light.
